How Far We’ve Come

At Original Barbacoa, food is our passion. We are a family-owned business, and our journey began with a small stand in El Monte, where we served our delicious, authentic barbacoa made from a secret family recipe. From humble beginnings, we have expanded to 3 food trucks, with one still in El Monte. Our menu has also grown, and we offer a variety of traditional Mexican dishes, all made from quality ingredients and with the same love and care as our original recipe.
